NBC Universal Property Department, Los Angeles: Prop House, Prop Rentals & Set Dressing Rentals for Antique & Period Furnishings and Accessories. The Universal Studios Property Department offers one of the largest, most diverse collections of props for productions.

The department began over a hundred years ago and is regularly refreshed with new stock from Universal productions. The main self-service warehouse spans three floors with 100,000 square feet and another 25,000 square feet of inventory housed on the backlot.

The Universal Prop House inventory includes: Contemporary and Period Furniture, Hand Props, Household Items, Office Equipment, Restaurant Equipment, Jewelry, Statues, Cleared Artwork, Carpet and Rugs, Hardware, Linen, Drapery and Window Treatments, Upholstery Service and a Lighting Department.

The Universal Property Department also provide the following professional services on tight production timelines with competitive pricing:
